What's the best thing about working at Children's?
I really like being a part of the Craniofacial team. We enjoy working together and taking care of the kids.
What do you like most about the work you do in the Craniofacial Center?
I have worked in the Craniofacial Center for over six years and I have enjoyed getting to know families and watching the kids grow up.
It's exciting to see them after surgery and to see how that has changed life for them and their parents.
What makes Children's Craniofacial Center unique?
We provide coordinated specialty appointments for patients so it is more convenient for the family and the providers can easily discuss a plan of care.
We see 60-80 patients every Monday and are very efficient and function well as a team.
What made you want to come to Children's?
I remember coming here as a teenager on a field trip with my Health Occupations class and loved it. I came away from that trip with a lot of respect and admiration for the staff.
What do people say when they find out you work here?
Wow. That's great. What clinic do you work in? It must be nice working with kids.
