Special Clinical Interests
I have a unique nursing role. I work in the Craniofacial Center for two days a week doing pre-operative teaching and complex care coordination with families. The rest of the week I work as a Charge Nurse on the inpatient Surgical Unit.
Since I work as a nurse in both areas of the hospital, I am able to help families with surgical preparation and planning. This helps them make a seamless transition from clinic to post-operative care.
